Tozer

I felt encouraged last night after leaving church. Imagine that! lol It was the message, but it wasnt all the message. Ernie and I came home talking about our community. We are so thankful for our friends, its so rare in this world to have what we have. My heart was lifted because they were there, not saying anything special. Just being there, seeing their faces, smiles, feeling their support and love. I want the Lord to know how thankful I am today for my community. My peeps. 🙂

We have this book on Audio and have listened to it a few times. Its one of those books you have to listen to a few times, more and more sinks in as you hear Tozer’s words unravel. And as I face things in life, they make more and more sense. Anyways, I thought it was such a good chapter right now. In a time when our world is bombarded with the material aspect of Christmas. Read HERE and see the Chapter 2 called Blessedness of Possessing Nothing. Oh, the book is The Pursuit of God by A.W. Tozer. What a chapter!

Have a good weekend, everyone! No snow yet! 😦

You can come up here and have all the snow you want:) I don’t care what anyone says, I’m wearing my leg warmers tomorrow. If I have to wear heels in snow, this is just the way it’s going to be:)
